Countdown to Homecoming!

The tent is up and we’ll be ready for the masses for Saturday’s 71st Student Publications Homecoming Breakfast!

A 1,400 square foot tent, with room for the Student Pubs Flying Trapeze Act, is up on the lawn of the Adams-Whitaker Student Publications Center, ready for Saturday’s annual homecoming breakfast.

Join us as we honor:

  • Bob “Mr. A” Adams, who is named one of Associated Collegiate Press/ Pioneer Award winners, in the inaugural class.
  • Ashlee Clark, vice president-digital for Louisville Public Media, recipient of the 2022 College Heights Herald Award for Outstanding Contributions to Journalism.
  • Chris Poynter, Woodford Reserve and Old Forester brand and relationship manager at Brown-Forman Corp., recipient of the 2022 Talisman Award for Outstanding Contributions in Communications.

We’ll also celebrate the great work of our students, who earned a record six finalists for National Pacemaker Awards in 2022, and cheer all that our alumni and friends do to make it all possible.

Join us at 9 a.m. Saturday on the lawn at the Adams-Whitaker Student Publications Center.
